User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the Administration, which provides services for the use of the software product "online computer game Rappelz" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), available on the Internet at www.rzze.online, as well as on other domains owned by the Administration under intellectual property rights, and related informational and entertainment resources associated with the said Game, and the user of the Game (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

1. General Provisions

By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User confirms that they have reached the age of majority and have the right to enter into this Agreement. Minor users must obtain permission from their parents or guardians to use the Game's services. If the laws of your state prohibit you from receiving online gaming services or impose other legal restrictions, including age restrictions on access to such services, you are not entitled to use the Game and must immediately cease its use. The User's consent to the provisions of this Agreement is a mandatory condition for starting to use the Game. Registration in the Game, installation, copying, or any other use of the Game confirms the User's acceptance of this Agreement. If the User does not accept the terms of this Agreement, they are not entitled to use the Game. The Agreement is valid indefinitely until terminated by the Administration or the User. By registering in the Game, the User agrees to receive mailings from the Administration, including but not limited to: news, notices, notifications, reminders, warnings related to the Game, via email to the address specified by the User during registration or the address provided during the use of the Game.

This Agreement may be amended by the Administration at any time without prior notice to Users. The current version of the Agreement is posted on the Game's website. The Player is recommended to check this Agreement on the Game's website at least once every 14 days.

Under this Agreement, the Administration provides the User with the following services:
— access to the game server and participation in the gameplay;
— access to the Game's informational resources;
— access to other Game services.

The software required to access the Game is freely available on the Game's official website. The User pays for Internet access at their own expense.

The use of the Game is carried out by the User solely on their own and on an "as is" basis, meaning that the Game Administration shall under no circumstances be liable to the User for any direct, indirect, incidental, special damages, damages resulting from penalties, lost profits, reputational harm, or any other damages that the User may incur due to the use of the Game or the inability to use it.

The User's consent to the provisions of this Agreement confirms that they are aware that prolonged regular use of a personal computer may cause various physical complications.

The User is hereby notified that the Game may include various sound and visual effects that, under certain circumstances, may trigger epileptic or other nervous disorders in individuals prone to such conditions, and the User guarantees that they do not suffer from such disorders or agrees not to use the Game.

The copyright holder and developer of the Game is the Administration. All copyright, related, and other rights to the Game, including game characters, program code, Game files, graphics, sound, dialogues, and texts, as well as other copyrighted objects, belong to the Administration as property and are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the Game or its elements is prohibited.

All trademarks and other marks of goods or services used or mentioned in the Game belong to their respective owners. All other rights not explicitly stated as belonging to third parties belong to the Administration or the lawful owners of such rights.

Any public or additional (paid) services or features in the Game are provided exclusively by the Administration. Obtaining game services or features from other third parties may result in the User being denied access to the Game's services. The price of paid services is set by the Administration at the time of their sale to the User and may be changed at any time.

To collect statistical data and identify Users, the Administration may track and store information about the User's IP addresses used to access the Game and use technical information files (cookies) placed on the User's personal computer through the Game's client.

Fraudulent payment for services in the Game is prohibited. Fraud includes non-payment of SMS or SMS sent by Users through unauthorized access to mobile operator services.

The Agreement is concluded indefinitely.

2. User Rights, Obligations, and Restrictions

2.1 User Obligations:

2.1.1 The User agrees to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
2.1.2 If a software error in the Game is detected, the User must immediately inform the Administration via in-game mail, messages on the Game's forum, or the contact email address specified on the Game's website.
2.1.3 The User must keep the password chosen during registration confidential.
2.1.4 The User is personally responsible for keeping their password secret.
2.1.5 The User agrees to treat other Game Users and Administration representatives with respect and courtesy, namely: not to use profanity, not to threaten violence or physical harm outside the Game.
2.1.6 The User agrees not to advertise pornographic websites, drugs, or resources containing such information, nor to engage in any other similar actions.

2.2 The User is prohibited from:

2.2.1 Using the Game for personal commercial or political purposes.
2.2.2 Transferring their registration data (login/password) to third parties, either free of charge or in exchange for in-game or real currency. An account is tied to the specific person who registered it.
2.2.3 Using software errors in the Game (bugs, exploits) for personal gain or in any other way, as well as disclosing information about their existence to third parties, except for the Administration.
2.2.4 Decompiling the Game and interfering with the program code; modifying or altering the Game's algorithms.
2.2.5 Modifying, translating, or attempting to identify the source code of the program or network algorithms; as well as using the Game's developments as a basis for their own projects.
2.2.6 Hacking and stealing other users' accounts.
2.2.7 Distributing links to websites whose content causes computer malfunctions or is aimed at illegally accessing other Users' accounts, links to software containing viruses or other malicious elements.
2.2.8 Using and distributing any software not provided by the Game that may facilitate, automate gameplay, or cause server malfunctions (hacks, cheats, bots, scripts, etc.). The only exception is clickers that help automatically use healing potions.
2.2.9 Emulating the protocol used in the Game.
2.2.10 Taking any actions aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the Game's website or the Game itself; causing damage to the Game (including the integrity of hardware, software, and databases owned by the Administration).
2.2.11 Restricting other Users' access to the Game or hindering other Users from using the Game.
2.2.12 Committing or inciting third parties to commit actions prohibited by applicable law, including those related to illegal drug trafficking, terrorist activities, calls to overthrow a legitimately elected government, extremist activities; pornography, any forms of discrimination based on gender, age, religion, or other characteristics.
2.2.13 Disseminating materials in any way that promote, express rejection of, or hatred toward any religion, culture, race, nation, people, language, politics, ideology, or social movement.
2.2.14 Disseminating personal information regarding players or third parties in any way, the use of which may harm them.
2.2.15 Posting and sending messages that provoke and/or contain calls for other Users to violate this Agreement.
2.2.16 Impersonating another person or a representative of the Administration, forum moderators, or the Game.
2.2.17 Discussing other Rappelz servers in the general chat or any other communication channels. Discussion of other computer games unrelated to Rappelz is allowed within reasonable limits.
2.2.18 Deceiving or misleading the Administration for personal gain.
2.2.19 Registering characters and guilds with names containing meaningless sets of symbols, profanity, insults, political or ethnically divisive references, as well as names similar to those used by the Administration.
2.2.20 Insulting other players, Administration representatives, or the community as a whole.
2.2.21 Advertising any products, services, or websites unrelated to Rappelz-Zefir in any community communication channel.
2.2.22 Exchanging, selling, or purchasing game accounts, items, or in-game currency for real money or any other external currency/valuables. Fraud (scam) in any form is strictly prohibited.

2.3 User Rights:

2.3.1 Free access to the Game.
2.3.2 The right to technical support.
2.3.3 Install and use the Game on a computer whose technical specifications meet the Game's requirements.
2.3.4 Use paid Game services.
2.3.5 Change their registration password.
2.3.6 Terminate participation in the gaming community; to do this, the User must send an email to the contact address specified on the Game's website.
2.3.7 Post any information on the service's information systems at their own personal responsibility, within the limits of the service's technical capabilities.
2.3.8 The Administration is not responsible for the content and safety of such information posted by the User.

2.4 Responsibility for Rule Violations

2.4.1 The account owner is responsible for compliance with the Game's rules and this Agreement, regardless of who performed actions under this account. The User agrees that in case of violation of this Agreement, the Administration has the right to apply sanctions at its discretion: warning, account renaming, temporary account suspension, permanent account suspension, account deletion, or other actions.

3. Administration Rights

3.1 The Administration has the right to close or limit the functionality of the Game at any time without prior notice to Users.
3.2 The Administration has the right, without prior notice, to deny the User access to the Service for violating the Agreement.
3.3 The Administration has the right to transfer data about a User violating the Agreement or applicable law to law enforcement agencies.
3.4 The Administration reserves the right to delete any information or materials from its servers if they are deemed unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this Agreement, solely from the Administration's perspective.
3.5 The Administration has the right to change the Game's rules, service terms, and/or their content at any time, including introducing fees for services previously provided free of charge, as well as changing service prices; the Administration notifies the User by posting relevant information on the Game's website.
3.6 The Administration has the right to ban any account without providing a reason.
3.7 At the Administration's discretion, sanctions may be applied to any User, regardless of whether they used paid Game services or participated in the Game for free; in this case, funds received for additional services from a User whose account is blocked or deleted are not refunded. The decision to provide compensation is made by the Administration at its discretion.
3.8 The Administration has the right to resolve disputes not covered by this Agreement at its discretion.
3.9 The Administration has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement and cease providing Game services without prior notice.
3.10 The Administration has the right to modify any Game elements (item properties, balance, etc.) without prior notice to Users.

4. Administration Liability

4.1 The Administration is not liable to the User for the actions of other users.
4.2 The Administration does not guarantee that the Game's software is error-free or will function without interruptions.
4.3 The Administration is not responsible for temporary technical failures and disruptions in the Game, temporary violations and interruptions in communication lines, other similar failures, as well as problems with the computer from which the User accesses the Game.
4.4 The Administration is not responsible for all risks and losses that may be associated with the User disclosing their password to access the Game.
4.5 The Administration undertakes to take reasonable measures to ensure stable and secure operation of the Service but does not guarantee absolute protection against all possible threats, including external attacks or unforeseen technical issues.

5. Game Rules

5.1 It is prohibited to discuss other Rappelz servers in general chat channels or any other communication channels. Discussion of other computer games unrelated to Rappelz is allowed within reasonable limits.
5.2 It is prohibited to deceive or mislead the Administration for personal gain.
5.3 It is prohibited to register characters and guilds with names:
— containing meaningless sets of symbols, profanity, insults;
— involving politics, inciting ethnic hatred, or referencing other websites and resources;
— similar to the names of characters used by the Administration.
5.4 It is prohibited to insult other players, the Administration, or the community as a whole.
5.5 Sharing your account data with other players is prohibited. You are fully responsible for everything that happens with your account. This is for both our and your safety. You would not want to lose your account due to a misunderstanding, and we do not want to hear your complaints about it. Remember your account details and do not share them with anyone.
5.6 The names of your characters and guilds must not contain any offensive words. Sexual, racist, or otherwise discriminatory content is not allowed, nor is excessive use of profanity.
5.7 Exchanging or selling/buying accounts—whether for real money or in-game currency—is prohibited.
5.8 Selling/buying items for real money is prohibited. Fraud (scam) is not allowed.
5.9 Exchanging or selling any in-game currency for real money is prohibited.
5.10 Spamming in any general chat channels is prohibited.
5.11 Modifying client files and/or its memory to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
5.12 The use of hacks, cheats, bots, scripts, or any other third-party software that provides an advantage over other players is strictly prohibited. The only exception is clickers that help automatically use healing potions.
5.13 Impersonating a Rappelz-Zefir Administrator or Game Master is strictly prohibited. Remember, our team does not need your password to resolve account issues or award event prizes.
5.14 If you discover a bug, hack, or anything that could be exploited in the Game for an unfair advantage, you must contact us immediately. We will greatly appreciate your cooperation and may reward you with in-game valuables.
5.15 Disrespectful behavior toward the community or Administration members is prohibited. This applies to everything, not just direct communication with a staff member. If you have any complaints about a staff member, please write to support.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 The User must notify the Administration of their desire to request a refund. If the User requests a refund without prior notice, this will result in the blocking of all their accounts.
6.2 Less than 14 days must have passed since the purchase.
6.3 Only unused Donation Points (DP) are eligible for a refund.
6.4 In case of issues with the correct functioning of a purchased item, the item will be replaced or the funds will be refunded to the account.
